  8. Welcome to WINbye 32! This is a fully 32 bit quick exit, 
  9. logoff, restart, reboot utility for Windows 95; it is 
  10. freely distributable shareware. Registration includes
  11. both this and the 16 bit Windows 3.1 version.

  13. When SETUP finishes, you will be asked whether you
  14. want to start WINbye. If you choose Yes, it will be
  15. installed as an icon in the Task Tray; left-clicking 
  16. executes it (the first time, it starts the Configuration 
  17. Utility but does not exit from Windows). Right-clicking 
  18. closes WINbye and removes its icon from the Task Tray. 
  19. Please see the Help file for the many options.

  22. computers and is offered in the good faith belief 
  23. that it is reliable, bug-free, and performs as claimed.
